The City of Portland is hosting a free, family-friendly Earth Day Celebration in Payson Park on Saturday, April 22, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM! City departments are teaming up with local green organizations to host a festival of fun: music, food trucks, e-bikes and electric lawn equipment to try out, outdoor activities, and more.
