New England Parkinson’s Ride

The New England Parkinson’s Ride is a wonderful event for all ages and abilities.  It was started in 2008, with only 35 riders, to raise funds for research toward a cure for Parkinson’s Disease. In 2014 we changed the routes slightly and now start and end at The Ballpark at Old Orchard Beach.  We hosted 626 cyclists riding one of four routes, 10, 30, 50, or 100 miles, and raised over $420,000… making it the largest one-day fundraising event in the history of Team Fox. 100% of the funds raised by cyclists goes directly to the  Michael J Fox Foundation and all riders are required to raise a minimum of $100, though most raise significantly more. The registration fee is $45 and is used to support rest stops, bathroom facilities, food and drink at the finish line, etc. Come out and join the fun!
