MCC Thursday Beginner Ride

This ride is for people just getting started (or returning to) road biking.  Several ride leaders attend and can provide individual attention to helping riders with shifting, braking, riding safety, signalling, etc.  The course is primarily on dedicated bike lanes with a portion riding through residential neighborhoods.  Rides take approximately 45 minutes and riders can progress to guided longer rides if their ability warrants.  All bike types are appropriate and membership in the Maine Cycling Club is NOT a prerequisite to attending.  Riders 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
