Maine State Committee Meeting

Join the East Coast Greenway at its Maine Committee meeting in Freeport on Tuesday, May 28 from 2-4 p.m at the Freeport Town Hall, Council Chambers (30 Main Street, Freeport, ME 04032).

We’re expanding the East Coast Greenway Maine Committee to better focus our efforts on building the Greenway in the state. At the meeting we’ll highlight local momentum and identify an alignment for the future off-road East Coast Greenway.

The meeting will focus on gathering feedback from the group on the envisioned off-road route of the Greenway in Maine and relevant legislative initiatives that could affect trails and the East Coast Greenway in the state. A guided walk will follow from 4-5 p.m. to look at a potential off-road route for the East Coast Greenway in Freeport.

Attendees are encouraged to continue networking and enjoy a beverage at the Adventure Cycling Maine Regional Gathering from 6-8 p.m. at Maine Beer Company.
