Costume Critical Mass Ride – Bangor

Join the Bangor Bike Brigade’s costume Critical Mass! Who’s in the Brigade? Anyone who rides!
We’ll meet at 5PM in Broadway Park. Look for the big rock in the corner of the park at French and S. Park Streets. (Near the Salvation Army.) Ride starts at 5:30PM and will go until about 6:30PM.
Route includes downtown Bangor, the new State Street bike lane, and more than a few parks. At the end, riders can continue festivities downtown with a post-party.
All riding abilities and ages are welcome. Bring a operational bicycle with working brakes. Helmets, red rear reflector, and front light are HIGHLY recommended. Helmets are mandatory for age 16 and under.
And wear a costume!
We will have a licensed cycling instructor for the ride who is nationally certified through the League of American Bicyclists. She’ll cover basic rules of the road, ABC quick check, and helmet fit.
