CBBC White Mountain Notch Rides: Evans Notch – July 29, 2017

All notch rides start at 8 a.m. on the last Saturday of the month, with Sunday as a rain date. They’re great for training, or just if you love beautiful scenery and a bit of a challenge. If you’d like to carpool, be at the Mountain Division Park in Standish at 6:30 a.m. (Mountain Division parking is next to the ballfield on this map, on Rt. 35, not far from Rt. 114) FMI, contact Joanne Rawlings-Sekunda at joanners@myottmail.com.
Evans Notch: 63.5 miles. Start: Dirt parking lot across from Saco Valley Fire Association, Rt. 113 in Fryeburg. (On the east side of Rt. 113 between Harbor Rd and S Chatham Rd.) Lunch: During the ride (usually at DiCocoa’s Bakery/Market in Bethel).
