BikeMaine

The Bicycle Coalition of Maine is offering its third annual BikeMaine, a fully supported, seven day cycling tour through Maine, from September 12-19. The tour offers daily rides averaging 55 miles through small towns and and scenic areas along the coast and inland on tranquil back roads.  The ride includes meals made with locally-sourced ingredients, optional afternoon activities and nightly entertainment.  The tour takes a different course every year.  The 2015 route has it all:  from Maine’s sandy beaches, through the Lakes Region, to the western mountains.  It begins at the southernmost tip of Maine, in Kittery, and has overnight stops in Old Orchard Beach, Bridgton, Bethel, Sweden and Kennebunk.
