The Bicycle Coalition of Maine will hold a Super Raffle to raise money for the coalition's bicycle safety and education programs. The first prize winner will receive a custom Aegis road bike valued at $4,500. The Maine-made, carbon fiber bike comes equipped with a 10-speed Shimano Ultegra/105 kit and a choice of Victory, Aro Svelt, or Trident frame. The raffle’s second prize is a bicycle tour in Tuscany, Italy, sponsored by VBT Bicycling Vacations and valued at $1,795 to $2,895. The winner may select from among three Tuscany tours, with multiple timeslots for each during 2009.

Tickets are $50/ea (only 300 tickets will be sold). Raffle ticket stubs will be mailed to the purchaser as confirmation of order.
